Many of Karl’s clients found the myriad of mortgage and service products from general financial advisors confusing. Ashwell Mortgage Services was created to be a specialist in solely providing unrivalled mortgage advice, to source the best product for each individual’s needs from the many hundreds of differing products in the market.
Sam joined Ashwell Mortgage Services in 2023 having been in the property industry for 10 years, 8 of which as a Mortgage Advisor. Sam assists clients throughout the mortgage process and with full market access is able to ensure they obtain the best possible mortgage product available to them. She prides herself on building excellent relationships with clients and supporting them through their move journey. Sam has an excellent knowledge of the local area having lived in Hertfordshire all her life. In her spare time Sam enjoys socialising with friends and family, cooking and experimenting with different foods.
Simon joined Ashwell Mortgage Services in 2020, bringing with him significant knowledge and expertise, having worked in the mortgage industry for over 8 years. Fully CeMap qualified and having held positions locally in St Albans, Harpenden and Welwyn Garden City for Halifax and another national estate agency.
